Companies reporting on Thursday include DMGT, Grainger, Greene King and Marston's, while the big macro data will be European consumer prices, along with some official Chinese data, German unemployment and US PCE inflation.
Wednesday preview: Results due from Britvic, Pennon, RPC and ZPG
Wednesday will see results from a raft of mid-caps including Britvic, Pennon, RPC and ZPG, a deluge of economic data from around Europe, a possible upward revision of US economic growth and a speech from outgoing Fed Chair Janet Yellen.

Chancellor Philip Hammond's Budget will dominate the UK headlines on Wednesday, with a moderately busy corporate diary not including results from United Utilities, Thomas Cook, Sage and SSP.
