Anpario, a producer of natural feed additives for animal health, is to buy its Australia-based distributor Cobbett for up to AU$1m, in order to strengthen its sales and distribution channels. Cobbett has been Anpario's distributor since 1987 supplying the Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea markets with a number of Anpario's products including Salkil, pHorce, Neutox, Mycostat and Mastercube.
Mid-market network, cloud and IT managed services provider CORETX Holdings provided an update on trading for the year to 31 December on Friday.The AIM-traded firm said it continued to perform broadly in line with expectations, with revenues anticipated of approximately £43.5m and trading EBITDA in the region of £5.9m for the full year.
Cameroonian energy utility Victoria Oil & Gas reported that it had achieved record monthly production in January and that a new pipeline to Bonaberi came onstream during the final quarter of 2016. After the extension of the Bonaberi pipeline, which provides gas to Doula, the largest city in Cameroon and the capital of the Littoral region, the company gained three new thermal customers for its gas during December.
Global nanomaterials group Haydale Graphene announced on Friday that itself and Everpower International Holdings, a New York-based investment company engaged in investing in “leading edge technologies” and integration into China, have agreed to enter into a collaboration agreement. The AIM-traded firm said as a first step, Everpower has conditionally agreed to make a strategic investment in Haydale of £3.26m to acquire a 9.9% shareholding, through its subsidiary Fu Xing New Materials Development Heze.
European Metals Holdings announce analytical results for two drill holes from the recently-completed drilling in the Cinovec Main sector on Friday.The AIM-traded company said the results confirmed or exceeded the expected lithium content and mineralisation widths.
Goldstone Resources has identified nine targets following an auger drilling programme at its gold mines in Ghana. The AIM-listed miner performed a short shallow auger drilling programme to test areas near an existing JORC Code compliant resource for the Homase-Akrokerri license by drilling 304 metres from 140 auger holes.
