Computacenter said it would integrate its existing US business with FusionStorm leading to a 50% rise in headcount in the Americas region.
The company said it had paid $70m in cash and a further $20m may become payable depending on the levels of adjusted eearnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation and gross profits achieved by FusionStorm over the 15-month period following completion.
Computacenter said it would contribute a further $45m into FusionStorm to refinance existing facilities. All will be funded by an existing Computacenter debt facility of £100m and from the group's existing cash resources as required.
