PCI-PAL continues compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, secures new contract.
Customer-focussed secure payment solutions company PCI-PAL said it had received confirmation of its continuing compliance as Level 1 Service Provider with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard [PCI DSS] on Thursday, and secured a new international contract.
The company secured compliance to the most recent PCI DSS across all services, inclusive of its Amazon Web Services virtualised environment, which was deemed capable of delivering PCI-PAL services globally to its territories as well as of being integrated into any telephony and payment system.
The Amazon platform, the company added, would also grant the ability to regionalise customer data, adhering to country-specific data sovereignty rules.
PCI-PAL also sealed a new contract for a second deployment of its payment services with a reputable, global outsourcing provider of customer experience management, it announced, securing protection of European transactions belonging to one of their customers based in Germany.
In light of the accomplishments, the board of PCI-PAL said it remained confident in the prospects of the company development-wise.
"With trading in the current year continuing in line with previously reported growth, a number of good contract wins, high client retention, a strong sales pipeline and good visibility from recurring and other contracted client commitments, the Board remains confident in the prospects of the Group for further positive developments", said the board.
