Frontier Developments bulks up interim pre-tax profit, revenues
Frontier Developments has bulked up its interim pre-tax profit to £3.6m, from £440,000 a year earlier, thanks to the filter-through benefits of a surge in revenue to £18.1m, from £10.9m.

"Revenues in the first half of the year exceeded the board's expectations," said the company, which, as a year earlier, did not pay an interim dividend.
It added that subsequent sales had been in line and that directors were confident about meeting expectations for the full year.
"Looking forward, the board is excited about the growth opportunities in the years ahead -- from both strengthening and growing the Group's existing franchises and launching new franchises," Frontier said in a statement.
At about 13:41 GMT, shares in AIM-listed Frontier were flat at 282.5p each.
