Convertible Preference Share Dividend (RUSC)
The Directors of the Company confirm that the quarterly payment of the dividend in respect of the cumulative convertible redeemable preference shares of no par value (the "Convertible Preference Shares") with ticker RUSC, will be made on 3 April 2018 in respect of the period from 31 December 2017 to (but excluding) 31 March 2018.
The record date for the payment of the dividend for the Convertible Preference Shares is 9 March 2018 with an ex-dividend date of 8 March 2018. Holders of Convertible Preference Shares will be entitled to a gross dividend of 1.625p per Convertible Preference Share.
