New rental agreement
The Company is planning on moving into new offices and on 13th July 2018, it entered into a rental agreement (the "Rental Agreement") with H Company 3 Limited. The new offices are at 27 Phipp Street, London EC2A 4NP and the annual rent is £95,000.
The Rental Agreement constitutes a related party transaction under Rule 13 of the AIM Rules as Michael Goldstein and Paul Milner are Directors of H Company 3 Limited as defined under the AIM Rules.
The independent directors of the Company, having consulted with Peel Hunt LLP in its capacity as the Company's nominated adviser for the purposes of the AIM Rules, consider the terms of the transaction to be fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.
